Refund Policy & Privacy Statement
Please choose carefully. We do not refund for 'change of mind' purchases.
You can choose to refund or exchange goods which are faulty or wrongly described. We also offer to exchange items of clothing if a different size is required.
No refund is available for postage.
Any claims for a refund or an exchange must be made within 30 days.
Your request must be accompanied by proof of purchase and items must be returned in their original condition. Be sure to always include an explanation with returned goods, pack carefully, and send to:

Pick Up Orders
Pick up orders can be collected from the Guide Shop at 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
Pick up orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours of placement. A pickup notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection - please wait for this notification before visiting the store.
Orders will be held at the Guide Shop for up to two business days. To extend this holding period, please contact our team directly via email or phone. If your order is not collected or arrangements are not made within 30 calendar days, it will be considered forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for forfeited orders. If you are unable to collect your order within 30 days, please let us know and we can arrange delivery by request. Standard postage will apply.
